Job Description/Requirements	To provide frontline helpdesk support to all customers. To analyse and solve technical problems to customers. Minimum 2 years experience in helpdesk/ customer service support. Fluency in English. Able to perform 3 rotating shifts. Ability to speak Japanese would be an advantage.
