Qualification	Diploma in Computer Studies. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT technical support role.
Job Description/Requirements	Proficiency in Novell/Win NT/Lotus Notes admin/SMTP/Switches/Routers/Hubs will be an added advantage. Responsible for help desk support to end-users and training. To install new softwares for new or existing PCs. To assist in system administration and liase with vendors.
