Qualification	Diploma in Computer Studies with at least 5 years of experience or Degree in Computer Science with 2 to 3 years of experience.
Job Description/Requirements	To provide applications and consultancy support to end-users and overseas agents, as well as liase with software vendors. Responsible for installing new application programs. To develop simple reports and upkeeping of procedures and documentation. A team player and self-motivated. Knowledge of various reporting tools-Crystal reports, Impromptu, Discoverer, Brios will be an advantage. Understanding of shipping/logistics business is important.
